The brief

Our engagement with Nourish Baby was to navigate and implement the strategic, design and development implications of working with three different platforms.

Our scope of work included UX strategy, Shopify design and development, content creation, HubSpot workflow design and configuration, and LearnUpon integration, plus much more.

We worked with Nourish Baby to re-define customers interacted with their digital touchpoints. We created a better website experience and design on Shopify.

We configured HubSpot in a way to assist customers through course content via personalised workflows and holistic reporting based on their individual birth journey.
